Why are we wasting waste?

It turns out that every kind of waste except toxic, hazardous chemical and liquids can be reused, renewed or converted back to raw energy products.

CARBONSCRAPER FARMS DO ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE.

How can a Carbonscraper farm utilize every kind of garbage?

Organic matter is used to make compost.

Organic matter is removed by the sorting machines at the first step. It is then transported to another location onsite to be processed into dirt and compost.

Excess compost has a high resale value.

Metal, glass, concrete bits and soft plastic are extracted and sold to the recycling market.

All of these items are already in high demand.

They are sold for even higher values when well sorted.

This is all pure profit in the form of more goods the farm can sell.

Non-recyclables leftover after sorting are gasified for energy to run the farm.

Gasification converts hard plastic, rubber and other non-renewable material into Syngas, a clean energy base that can be turned into. Syngas is converted to electricity to operate the farm.

Excess energy from waste is yet another good the farm can return to market.

How does the sorting process work?

Machine sorting makes it easy to extract usable materials from regular garbage.

This means that all refuse, including items that would typically get sent to a landfill, can be thrown into the same bins.

They are all used or recycled by the farm before they can release pollution into the air and soil.

Types of garbage that can be processed at a Carbonscraper farm:

Food scraps.

Food scraps collected from restaurants and homes is turned into compost.

Clothing and shoes.

Natural fibers can be composted while other material is converted to energy.

Paper, sawdust and other wood products.

All pulpy and papery things are used to make compost.

Glass, metal and soft plastics.

These items are infinitely renewable, and sell for high value, especially when they are well sorted.

Building and construction debris.

Even insulation and drywall can be used. Brick and concrete bits are recycled. Waste is turned into energy.

Municipal waste, industrial and mining solid waste

Clothing and other factories along with mines can even have their solid waste collected for use at the farm.

Hard plastic, rubber and other non-recyclable material.

You read that right. They are used to create energy.

Farm waste and meat products.

We know it’s gross, but yes. Anything that is not toxic or liquid.

How do the machines work?

The first step at a Carbonscaper farm is separating organic matter from other kinds of refuse, so each of the extracted products can be used at the farm.

Sorting machines can be configured to any size operation.

Companies like Guoxin and Beston have already figured out the best ways to sort refuse.

  • These machines have been used for decades worldwide, becoming perfected along the way.

  • The process is odor controlled from the start.

  • Machines are sanitary and safe.

  • Operation and maintenance of machines is simple.

Unsorted waste goes into the facility straight from garbage trucks.

It does not matter where the waste came from. As long as it is not toxic, hazardous chemical or liquid these machines can process everything.

What about stuff that can’t be used at the farm?

Every item that cannot be processed at the farm is already one that may not be thrown away by regular means.

Per protocol, all of these materials must be disposed of through proper channels with local authorities.

Always check your local rules to find out where to dispose of these items.

Non-recyclable items like rubber and leather are processed via waste-to-energy.
